When a vehicle comes in the shop exhibiting these kind is symptoms - the FIRST thing i do is TEST each and every fuse i can find on the vehicle - using a TESTER. I have successfully fixed a BUNCH of electrical problems this way - after the fuses have been assumed to be "good".. Good luck with it!
