I have a 2011 f250 desiel and it won't start it says safety stop now. Everything works but it won't start. It did start than it will shut off

Have you checked the battery, particularly the terminal connections? Are they corroded?

Yes I did and they are not corroded.

It will start for about 3 seconds and than shut off it will do this 2 times and the 3rd time it says one the dash it say safety shut down now and when you get ready to crank it over you have nothing. When the edge programmer you have to install the program again after about 15 minutes of programming it will start again the way I explained at the beginning. It keeps repeating every single time. EGR delete kit and it throws all the codes of factory codes
