What is your question?
I have been told if I tune it to the extra 154 hp and 350 lbs of torque will blow my training or rear end end is this true?

It will put extra stress on the drivetrain for sure but some get away with it. A lot it has to do with how you drive the truck. If you add that kind of power and are constantly beating the hell out of it, it will eventually break. Talk to Banks and see what they say about upgrading parts of the drivetrain. I would recommend extra transmission cooling for sure. Alex
How much is enough power? Ford provides as much power as can ensure component durability. Yes, you can tune it. And you risk extremely expensive damage. Is Ford (as well as other Diesel truck makers) conservative? Perhaps a bit. But for good reason.
IF engine performance is not is not sufficient - perhaps maintenance / repairs are needed.
