battery is fine starter ok no blown fuses

Usually this is the result of *reversed battery polarity* at some point during jump start .. (Jumper cables hooked up backwards) .. Typically this short circuit takes out the weakest link which 'hopefully' is a fuse or multiple fuses .. Since you are positive ALL of the fuses are indeed still intact, recommend seeking *hands-on* help from qualified personnel for diagnostic testing. Good luck!
