What is your question?
Glow plugs, fuel injectors, sensors wiring issues, air seeping in fuel system are all possible reasons so far I've heard.. I do notice my coil or glow plugs light comes on as it loses power randomly and won't gain full strength after ....and it's usually stops as I release acceleration . Wiring harnesses been tampered with also my alarm wires were cut so I'm trying to figure a good diagram to follow just make sure it's not a harness needing replacement and I can deal with alarm later.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Not priming every cold start
How long has your 2003 Ford F-250 Super Duty had this problem?

Like Pushrod said -- you'll need some good luck with this one. First, the wiring needs to be restored to factory condition. Then, you'll need to find a 6.0L Ford Power Stroke Diesel specialist who has experience with these engines -- especially the first year, 2003. The concern you are speaking of with that light coming on sounds like something is wrong with wiring that is not related to any factory concerns. So, resolve that first and see where it goes.
