Will not turn over.

Have knowledgeable personnel perform manual upper solenoid bypass for starter motor testing. Do not attempt this yourself!!! Knowledgeable personnel will know the correct procedure.. Good luck.

Thanks for the info. I assume this is the old pliers across the starter/solenoid. Not trying it. It's off to our mechanic via AAA in the morning.

Best option.
