What is your question?
Truck is 02 F250 V10 4x4 SD. New parts: starter, neutral switch, ignition switch, pcm, starter relay & probably other stuff that escapes me at the moment. If I use a momentary switch with the key on it will crank but NO fire. I've cleaned plus installed new grounds to the frame, cab & engine. Now I'm thinking bcm - Ford tech suggestion. ?? Not a bad truck but I'm out of ideas & patience. Any ideas would be appreciated.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Always the same
How long has your 2002 Ford F-250 Super Duty had this problem?
Bought it with the problem

I don't recall the year the Super Duty trucks started adding Passive Anti-Theft System transceivers and keys that get programmed -- but yes, if so equipped, having a PATS communication issue such as with a key that is not programmed would definitely prevent engine cranking. For some reason, my gut tells me that the 2002 model would have a plain key, not a chip key. Maybe the writer of the question could answer what key is being used and if that has changed at all at the time of the concern starting.
I don’t think it has PATS anti theft either - mostly trying to provoke a reply.. However it is possible some type of system has been installed without any indication - I’ve been there before. There’s a couple possibilities I can think of but no use attempting the long explanation without a reson.
I will add this for your consideration - you really should take a look! ▪️ https://www.autogenius.info/ford-f-250-2002-2007-fuse-box-diagram/ ▪️ Good luck!
