Engine will shut off when a stop sign and start right back up

Code is p070 and it's a 4.3 engine

Sorry it's a 5.4 engine the code is p0720 put a shaft speed sensor and a throttle body sensor in and still doing the same thing also how do you check the coils

When starting it the tachometer don't go up then come down slow it goes up slow then comes down slow

when you installed the speed sensor and the TPS sensor,did you unhook the battery so when you started it back up,the PCM would relearn relearn the new sensors?

Yes I did when I starts it up it will shake then after a few seconds the tachometer goes up than after a few seconds the tachometer will go down to normal and shakes than it stops shaking

TPS installed correctly?what was the part number on the NEW TPS SENSOR?

Yes it was and the part number is 22149453
