Yes Will Not Crank, and i have tested the starter and checked the park and neutral control switch. going to put the relay solenoid in this evening it was only 17 bucks

A *simple bypass* test will prove if that is the problem or not.. ALL you got to do is jumper the two big lugs, I figured you had already tried that!!!... What-ever.. (So...you work at a Ford dealership... WOW!) Got a service department there??

yes sir i do work at ford LOL. I have turned wrenches my whole life but i am in sales now as i make a very comfortable living selling them rather than fixing them. and yes i can jump across and get the starter to turn etc but doing that eliminates the volts/ohms from the fuse-able link and makes the truck hard start as the link also interrupts the fuel pump. this is kinda my first time using the internet to kinda see if their was other people out their that have the same issue I am kinda old school. AND YES WE DO HAVE A SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT 110 BUCK AN HR, I REALLY DO NOT FEEL LIKE PAYING IT SEEING HOW MY BUDY IS A MASTER TECH AND MASTER IN ELECTRICIYTY
