2000 f250 super duty is missing checked coils plugs, changed pcv valve still mis

How's the coils, fuel injectors and compression? Those all go with a misfire.

Ford has a live misfire detection strategy that is very good at first identifying the cylinder(s) that is(are) misfiring. Has anyone identified the cylinder(s) responsible for the symptom? From there what testing has been done? Is it missing spark, fuel or compression?
