What is your question?
My truck is giving me a stop safely alert after being turned off and won't let me start it. I checked the battery and the voltage was low. I replaced the battery and am getting the same alert and still unable to start.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Voltage low on a battery does not mean it needs to be replaced. I would recommend checking it, charging it and rechecking it. Items that can influence that alert would be throttle related, transmission related, or anything safety related... A warning like this is to prevent further damage from occurring and/or prevent you from being in an unsafe situation. It's best to have a shop near you check it out. Note that if you're still under 3 years / 36,000 miles you'll want to head to your Ford dealership for what will hopefully be an in-warranty repair! https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link to find some shops near you who can help out!
