If it is under three years from the original warranty start date and under 36,000 miles I would definitely recommend seeing your local Ford dealership to see if there's some sort of warranty covered concern here. However, the seat cover coming off – I would have to ask where it's coming off and what may have caused it. Physical damage is never covered by manufacturer warranty. It would be unusual for the seat to detach unexpectedly without physical manipulation.
