Hi there, I'm Dusty, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Considering that your vehicle is relatively new and likely still under warranty, it's a good idea to take it to your preferred Ford dealership. They'll be able to confirm whether the issue is abnormal and can perform more advanced diagnostics if necessary. Typical idle quality will vary slightly, at least comparatively speaking, so what's normal for a Ford, may not be normal for a Chevy, or vice versa. The good news is that a simple software update to the engine control module could remedy the issue. There could be more complex issues, but let's not get ahead of ourselves just yet.
