Problem with the 2021 F150 XL with analog gauges and the trans cooler

What is your question?

I have an intermittent problem with the transmission sometimes not warming up. I have driven over 150Km before the transmission reaches normal temperature. Then the next day on the exact same drive the transmission heats up in under 20 km.

What makes this problem better or worse?
