Can I remove the Direct Injector, and then replace it without replacing the nylon seal

What is your question?

I pulled up the complete DI rail on the left side and want to place it back in without replacing the nylon seals. Will this be a problem? The truck is a 2018 Lariat F-150 with a 5.0.
