Why will my f150 remote start but cut off when i turn the key

Hello, my initial reaction is that there is a programming concern between the transceiver and the key that is being used. Sitting at my computer I can't know all the variables in play. Do you have another key you can try? Also, is this a "factory equipped" remote starting system?
