There is a ticking under my dash that is draining my battery, replaced modulator by gas pedal, Vally Ford in North battleford says it's my heater door with a $4700 price tag, they told me that they disengaged it, but I still have ticking and battery issue....help

The ticking is likely a blend door actuator, which are known to act up on this generation of F-150. However a blend door actuator should not be draining your battery. That points to a separate parasitic drain somewhere in the electrical system that needs its own dedicated diagnosis. If the shop disengaged the heater door but you still have both issues, something got missed.
