Hi, I'm one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team! When your rear running lights and center cab tail light don’t work, it it could point to a wiring fault, a failing body control module (BCM), or a corroded/damaged connector in the tail light circuit. Modern trucks like your F-150 use complex wiring and sometimes modules to control the lights, so issues can range from a simple corroded connector to a failed module or broken wire. Since the running lights and middle cab light are both affected, a common ground or power supply problem is likely. There are some known issues with the taillight wiring harness and connectors, where moisture can get in and cause corrosion. Since you've already ruled out bulbs and fuses, the next step would be checking the wiring harness and connectors at the rear of the truck for any signs of damage or corrosion. Tracing electrical faults can be challenging especially when multiple lights are affected. So if there is nothing that you can see visually, it may be time to have a professional technician check it out. They can trace the circuits, test the module, and isolate the fault so that you can get your lights back up and working as designed.
