I need to know where to start with my issue. Im getting 10/11 mpg

I've had debris in my tank, might still, exhaust smells strong, bit of a rough idle, I know my tensioner is going out, but that's bit the issue. Lifetime fuel filter may be clogged, or fuel pump going out, leaky injector maybe. Ran scan tool, hard for me to interpret, but my short and long term fuel trim is -100 does not change with throttle. Everything else seems mostly normal for voltages and stuff. Maybe 02 sensors, I pinched purge valve didn't change anything. My evap is at 41-47 % at idle. I would Try to clean map But it's a pain to get to. I made it to the intake manifold and couldn't get it off.

What makes this problem better or worse?

When im low on fuel it acts like im out of fuel, jumpy acceleration shuttering
