the noise sounds like tire road nose. the faster i go the louder it get . when i am at a low speed no noise

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. It does sound like a hub and wheel bearing concern. Unfortunately, it is not possible to know if the problem was pre-existing or related to work performed. Because the control arms and ball joints (included) mount to the knuckle where the hub is located, It may feel like the concerns could be somehow related. And because the noise was not present before those repairs were performed. Ultimately, you are not going to be able to prove anything is related, but hopefully the repair shop that you used would be helpful in reducing your replacement costs since all that other work was just performed.
