I have a code reader in my car from Verizon called hump it says my O2 sensor is too rich and also that my PCM might need to be updated how do you update your PCM
What makes this problem better or worse?

PCM's can only be updated by a dealership service department, who gets updated calibrations from Ford Motor Company regularly. That said, no "code" can direct you to update a PCM. Testing must be done to troubleshoot any codes you have to determine the cause of your concern.
