When turned on, can you feel it blowing through the vents? If the condenser or evaporator coils are dirty, they might not be able to cool the air effectively. Even though you mentioned that the pressure on the system is perfect, it’s possible that the refrigerant level is low or overcharged. A low refrigerant level can occur due to a leak or if the AC has not been recharged for a long time. The compressor might be malfunctioning even though it seems to engage.
