Ford goes into power save mode when door is closed

What is your question?

My 2013 Ford Lariat with Sync goes into power Dave mode every time I close my door. Sometimes when I turn it on it won’t have ac or radio and then the second I close the door say shutting down to save battery. I was told it might be a bad apim but I’d like another opinion
