What is your question?
My a/c stopped blowing air hot or cold today. played around with it some nothing so i assumed blower motor and replaced it. I turned it on after and still no air. I decided to checked fuses and didn’t see anything weird so i tried one more time and when i turned the truck on it blew for a split second then stopped. I tried swapping fuses with others but can’t replicate

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Depending on the climate control system you have - digital automatic temperature control or manual knob controls -- you'll have different things to look at. For the automatic system, a somewhat common concern is failure of the blower speed controller. This is located under the hood near the heater core. For the manual system, it could be a blower motor resistor issue. Testing is needed.
