I had my F150 reprogramed in the recall but, it's doing it not shifting again. Will they fix it for free?

My trucks not shifting into gear. It has 22,000 miles. When I start driving it doesn't always shift out of first gear. Sometimes it will downshift for no reason.

What makes this problem better or worse?
