When just started you can press the gas ,but after pressing it one time you can press the gas pedal but it does nothing. It shakes and will idle high then drop. Kinda sounds like its sucking air also.

Hello, it probably is sucking air indeed. Look for a vacuum leak somewhere. Check to verify that the air box is closed and securely fastened. Check for any air intake hose cracks. Your knock sensor may or may not have needed replacing -- it's not common. Unfortunately, many folks get a code and just replace parts.
