check for power on the small wire on the starter solenoid when you are trying to start the vehicle if there is power there then you need a starter if here is no power then cross the big terminal with the small one and see if it cranks ,if it does then check for a broken wire going to the solenoid
We tried that :( and turning the crank cleaning the battery posts and unhooking the battery for 20 minutes... I'm lost
