REPLACED THE INTAKE MANIFOLD, NEXT DAY TOOK IT TO THE DR. OFFICE RAN FINE. WHEN I CAME HOME IT STARTED MISSING AND CHECK ENGINE CAME ON. NEED TO NO WHICH CYLINDER IS #7 SO i CAN CHECK IT.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Number 7 on that Ford is the third cylinder back on the driver's side. Second from the firewall. Think: coil / coil boot as a likely cause of failure. If you've never replaced the plugs, replace them all, always replace the coil boots when replacing plugs. And, without fail, always use genuine Ford parts when doing all of this. It's important.
