What is your question?
My heater don’t blow hot and my air don’t blow cold and I’ve already replaced the temperature actuator
How long has your 2007 Ford F-150 had this problem?
I noticed it when it started turning cold outside

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! It sounds like you're dealing with an issue where your climate control isn't working quite right, and since you've already replaced the temperature actuator, we can rule that out for now. If you're not getting heat or cold air, it could be a problem with your blend door or blend door motor. These control the airflow temperature by directing air through the heater core or the AC evaporator. If the blend door isn't functioning correctly (sometimes due to a broken actuator or stuck door), it can prevent either hot or cold air from reaching the cabin. Another possibility is that you may have a blocked heater core or a low refrigerant charge if your AC isn't blowing cold. If you're not hearing any clicking noises from the actuator, or if you've noticed a sudden loss of airflow or temp control, it could be worth double-checking the blower motor as well.
