What is your question?
What would be causing my truck to stall when coming to a stop, and while accelerating? It is running really rich, as only 1 of the 2 upstream O2 sensors are working. All spark plugs, spark plug wires, and ignition coils were replaced.
What makes this problem better or worse?
The problem lessens while driving at more than 40mph on flat roads. Slowing down to a stop the truck wants to stall. If i accelerate from a stop, the truck runs rough and doesnt want to go into gear.
How long has your 2006 Ford F-150 had this problem?
More than a month

Hello, Dave here - helping on RepairPal since 2010. If you know there is a concern with an oxygen sensor, why hasn't that been repaired to see what happens next? Rule of thumb: Always fix what you know to be failing before guessing or trying to diagnose more issues. Too much can be influenced by the negative effects you know about. Stalling would be due to too much or not enough fuel versus too much or not enough air intake. So, is there a vacuum leak? An air intake leak? If you have a sensor issue, fix this and recheck too, as it could affect fuel delivery. Reach out to a RepairPal certified shop near you if you need help!
