Replaced both Converters,plugs,oil,air filter Still cuts out when in low idle???

Coilpacks more then likely ! But if u done changed them it could be valves but I'd check coilpacks & if it don't help I'd get it check by professional cause these trucks are known for alot of issues with motor.
