What is your question?
06 F150 5.4L. Last week truck ran very rough. Check codes got a camshaft positioning sensor code. Just yesterday that died while driving. I changed out both camshaft positioning sensors to no avail. So far I've checked three coils they'll have spark I don't have a Schrader valve so I can't really test for fuel other than listening, I heard the fuel pump come on, I use Quick Start and it didn't work I've checked all fuses and relays battery alternator starter. I'm going to keep pulling coils and testing for spark on all eight then after that I'm going to pull plugs to see if any broke. Don't know what else to look for.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Cranks over no start.

The sensors never needed to be replaced; the codes were set not due to sensor issues but because of the poor running and stalling. Because you don't have the proper equipment to test for why the engine won't start, you're best to stop guessing and seek some professional guidance. Pulling things apart without any kind of direction is not the best idea; you can cause more problems than you'll fix. I have 2006 f150 5.4 that almost everything has been changed, starter twice, fuel pressure twice crank sensor both cam sensors. Every so often it will start, but only run 3 or 4 seconds, as if it's starving for fuel so, took fuel pressure switch loose, places a rag and my thumb very firm, hit the ignition, gas went everywhere, needless to say, I got fuel pressure. I got fire everywhere, fuse been check a lot, reset for fuel is fine new battery, still want start. Burnt up one starter just trying to get it started, have not check for continuity in wires to and from ECU but visual inspection, they look fine. Check fodm even jump it, that's all seem really good. Now I'm getting fuel, fire, and air. What am I missing, other than a broke wire somewhere. And I can't get a code anymore. Help please if you can...
