Added Asian coolant to the reservoir on the F-150 2006

What is your question?

Added about a pint of the wrong coolant to top it off should I just take it out of the reservoir and add the right coolant or get the whole thing flushed I never started the truck

Hello, I would recommend draining the reservoir where the fluid is, and refilling with the proper coolant - if the truck was indeed never started.
