Truck start and then dies won't stay running

Try cleaning the air intake, and the lines coming out of the air intake -especially the ones going to the supercharger. If it is the regulator for the supercharger-only Ford carries the part (and it isn't cheap). I bought the regulator before I cleaned the lines - guess I have a spare now.
