The issue started 2 days ago, went to start it and the gauges lit up and cycled, but did nothing else, after a few tries it started and dive just fine, the next day, turned the key and gauges cycled but nothing else happen. Had the battery tested and replaced the ignition switch and still nothing, not nothing comes on but the radio
How long has your 2004 Ford F-150 had this problem?

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. When the gauges cycle when turning the key on, it is usually due to reinitializing of the module due to low of power or low battery voltage. I suppose this is why I feel like your concern is still battery related. You had the battery tested - by whom and where? Proper battery testing is done with proper equipment that can test the battery for state of charge and the ability to sustain a load. Beyond that, ensure all battery and cable connections are clean and secure. If all is proven to be good there, you'll want to do a starter draw amperage test. The starter motor could be requiring too much power to crank over. A good local shop near you will be able to sort this out.
