Hello, which engine is in your Ford truck? Knowing which engine could be helpful. As a general response - yes, plugs should be replaced if they are suspect and coils - or coil boots that cover the plugs on the coil on plug set up - should be replaced also. There are several other possible causes however so this is just a guess at this point. I note that your list of trouble codes also includes a P0171, which is "bank one exhaust lean" - and is not addressed by repairing plugs and wires and could require additional insight.
