Have you retrieved any diagnostic trouble codes, including "B" Body module codes, such as from the IC module? "Check Gauges" can also show up even with low fuel. So it's a matter of testing and inspection to see what's going on and acting accordingly. If it's a CHT sensor as you've replaced - have you checked the wiring to verify the wires and connector are intact and the circuit functional?
