Truck hesitates periodically when excelerating chgd some plugs, wires gas filter etc still hesitates especially going up hills

Hesitates periodically truck has 326,000 km well maintained. First threw plug code chg plus wires and coil plug # 3,then same issue then plug 4 & coil chgd all plugs and wires now still hesitates again !! Chg gas filter. Now truck does have a gasket oil leak not Major had for along time , now transmission leak gasket minor only leaks on incline., pks Help hesitation issue annoying. Should I be chging all coils ?? The ones already chgd has not resolved my issue. 🙏😊

What makes this problem better or worse?

Excellerating, inclines does matter if cruise control on or off if you back off on gas chugging / hesitation stops !

How long has your 2003 Ford F-150 had this problem?

A month in the garage 3 x now !!
