I have water dripping from my passenger side grip handle when it rains

What is your question?

I have water dripping from my passenger side grip handle when it rains and i think it is because the seal that is one piece for each side, spans from the base of the windshield to the rear door. I could be wrong but is this a possibility or something else? If it is what is the piece called so i can replace it

What makes this problem better or worse?

Its worse when it rains hard and long period of time but not too bad when its a light rain

How long has your 2003 Ford F-150 had this problem?
