Sometimes my 2002 f-150 won't start.

u didn't say what the fuel fuel pressure is. how many miles, were the injectors cleaned, readings on mass air flow.

Does your truck have an "Idle air control valve"? My Escape had a similar issue, and replacing the IAC valve (two bolts, small gasket) fixed the problem. Basically, the IAC controls the air to engine under start/idle so it runs smoothly. This is pretty cheap to replace. If this doesn't do it, have you checked your fuel pump?? Could be fuel pump is about to go. If fuel pump is about to go, it could be causing the relay (under hood in fuse box) to shut off, and it will start up again after the relay has reset. Good luck!
