Is there a cheaper way to fix a coolant bypass gasket?

What is your question?

I have a 2002 f-150 5.4L 4x4 and I need a coolant bypass gasket ,the dealership wants 440.00 to do it, is there a cheaper way to fix it or should I just bite the bullet and have it done at the dealership? Any suggestions?
