Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! If your 2001 Ford F-150 keeps blowing the number 15 fuse, it's like your truck's way of saying, "Houston, we have a problem." This fuse is likely tied to multiple systems, including the brake lights, wipers, and door locks. A short circuit or overload in any of these systems can cause the fuse to blow. Start by inspecting the wiring and connections for any visible damage, frayed wires, or corrosion. Pay special attention to areas where the wiring might be pinched or exposed. If the brake switch relay isn't the issue, consider checking other components on the same circuit. Sometimes, a faulty component can draw too much current, causing the fuse to blow. If you're not able to pinpoint the issue, it might be time to consult a professional to avoid turning this into a game of electrical whack-a-mole.
