What would cause a vibration/ rubbing noise when turning the vehicle?

The sound only occurs when there is body lean for the vehicle. If the truck body stays level, no sound. any ideas?

Sounds like the front tire is rubbing on something in the wheel well. Look for "shiny" areas in the wheel well where the tire could rub. It may be that worn suspension components could allow the wheel to turn beyond its design tolerance.
