My daughter closed the half door on the pssenger side and It has not been able to open again. Any suggestions? Thanks

see if it has a child lock feature that was accidently hit on(may be in door jamb) -if not sounds like latch problem
Ford half doors have a cable controlled latch at the top. The cable end usually breaks and the top latch won't release.
