Gear shift lever will not come out of park, and electric windows will not open

I wonder do the shift lock solenoid and electric windows circuits cross at any point? Looking at a wiring diagram fuses 6 and 15 both 5 amp fuses protect the brake light circuit and the shift lock solenoid. A 30 AMP fuse in the battery junction fuse box protects the window circuits. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars..
