exhaust manifold pin hole

I have heard that napa has some sort of kit. One side as needed.

Make sure that one of the studs that mount the manifold to the cylinder head, especially on the rear, haven't broken. This is a comon problem on all Ford trucks with a OHC V8 or V10. If they have broken, then new studs will be required, and most likely a new manifold as well. It can be labor intensive, and a broken stud can really be a pain to get out sometimes. These studs are designed to prevent themselves from seizing in the cylinder head, but a broken stud might still seize, and need to be drilled out.
