What is your question?
We were driving in the truck, was in drive and quickly switched to reverse. The truck jumped and then reversed, put back in drive and wouldn't move. Turned the truck off and then started cranking but won't start. We tried jumping it, filled it with gas, changed the oil, checked the fuses. Fuel Pump works fine apparently since we can hear it when we turn the truck on. Family thinks the issue could be the fuel pump driver module, but doesn't know where its located since it's a 4-door. Not under or near spare tire or the hood. Is this a fuel pump module problem? Where is the Fuel pump relay or driver module on a 2001 4-door Ford F150?
How long has your 2001 Ford F-150 had this problem?
A week

Hello, before you can jump to a guess of any fuel system component, you'll need to see if the engine is receiving fuel delivery. Just because you can hear a pump - if that's what you're hearing - doesn't mean it's working and delivering any or enough fuel. Once you know if the fuel is there or not, using a fuel pressure gauge to measure consistency and sufficient pressure, you can move further down the diagnostic path of fuel system issue or go to ignition system issues - such as coils, plugs or something in that area. Additionally, before anything - have you checked the fuel pump cut off (inertia) switch to see if it has been tripped? This is located behind the passenger floor kick panel. This could be the culprit. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
