I am not sure what you mean "make your truck look auto" but if you were fitting electric windows to a truck that had windup widows or liked the trim from another Ford F150 truck it would want to be from the same year as your truck. Take off your door panel, take and print out pictures and then go to a pick and pull and make sure the panels will fit prior to buying them.
