Yes a MAF sensor can cause problems like you are seeing. A Mass Airflow Sensor can be cleaned. Any auto parts house sells a cleaner just for the MAF sensor. Don't just replace it. CLEAN IT FIRST.

What codes are stored in the computer of your truck? Yes a bad air flow meter can cause stalling, loss of power, sluggish acceleration and other problems.

It wont run a test..It keeps saying test failure before it can run.... Do you know why?
