What is a good estimate to repair backend on this truck?

It has a whining coming from the back end. This truck has 220,000 miles and is a good truck. I just replaced brakes and pads because the truck was vibrating heavily when you braked thought it was rotor but rotors seemed ok. The whining didn't stop so assume it is rearend. Engine on this truck is still going strong.
